IMPORTANT! All presenters must be present in the room at the start time of their session, even if their individual presentation is scheduled later (e.g., 10:35, 10:45 –> they should be in the room no later than 10:00). If they present at the beginning of the session (e.g. 11:05), we recommend attending the previous session as presentation time may vary depending on the duration of other presentations. 

To ensure a smooth and respectful environment for all participants, entering or exiting the room during ongoing presentations is not allowed.
